I have the same Photomic finder on my F, the exposure meter needle has become dead despite new batteries inserted. Any suggestion of an easy check before I strip appart the whole thing? thanks!

We never tried to repair any Photomic as the photoresistors once they are dead, the only solution is to replace them, so is better/easier to replace the complete prism directly.

Actually the cell works intermittently, so I wouldn’t thing the photoresistor is dead, possibly a faulty contact somewhere…
