For some reason I thought they are lions. As a fan of The Lion King, I instatly felt hyped. But well, mongooses blong to feliformia too, so I wasn't that wrong. xD Maybe I'll play it when it's released, but not sure yet. The protagonists are so cute! ;)

@@Goremize There are reasons people dislike modern games and I didn't see any of them in here. We got a trailer showcasing gameplay which looks like a fun platformer. The art style matches the genre too. Nothing to dislike about it thus far

This is the most early 90s thing I've ever seen, not in gameplay or graphics but in general vibe and design. I could totally see those two main characters getting their own show on the Disney Afternoon back in the day and turning even more kids into furries as adults.

It's Crash Bandicoot mixed with some elements from Donkey Kong Country with the art style of Crash 4.

I do believe so because this game is coming on PS5 but not PS4, we know games that comes on PS5 it is impossible to ported on Switch

It specifically mentions the Switch in the fine print at the bottom, but you're right that this is potentially intended to be released on both the old and new system.

I think it’s a lovely game! Will wishlist. Never too jaded to play fun platformers.

The designs are really well done, but this feels like it's missing the edge, the attitude of characters like Crash or a Sly Cooper. As a cartoon guy, I hope it's good.

The cinematics definitely feel ... lacking in character "personality animation" compared to Sly Cooper and friends, and that's not (entirely) subjective so much as it is just a subtle thing to notice specifically.

​@Stratelier yeah, it feels way more in the yooka lalee camp vs the crash or sly camp where the good guys were a little bad. They had some of that bugs and daffy flawed character edge. This is more care bears.

in terms of what we're seeing this is what we've been missing for a while now In terms of controls we need to wait and see on that part because its familiar in the terms of feeling like good old DKC and Crash games But we need good controls to be able to play it for it to truly be good

I LOVE it! This game just looks fun! Colorful, fun looking, character based platformers are making a come back. I can't wait to see more on this. I am loving the style and character designs. Just added it to my wishlist on Steam :)

Nikoderiko looks like a good old game in the styles of klonoa, crash, sonic, donkey kong, threats of fate dewprism and dragon valor, it looks very magical as the name in the title is fun and hopefully with considerable difficulty for children and adults and looks very familiar, I hope they release a game in this style and feel with themes and characters like saiyki journey west from ps1 and oriental legends igs pgm2, this type of game and characters are also great mascots for consoles, and that it comes out for portable devices like the nintendo switch, beautiful trailer, game and video, Brazil. Nikoderiko parece um bom e velho jogo nos estilos klonoa, crash, sonic, donkey kong, threats of fate dewprism e dragon valor, parece bem mágico como nome no título divertido e tomara que com uma dificuldade considerável para crianças e adultos e parece bem familiar, tomara que lance um jogo nesse estilo e pegada com tema e personagens como saiyki journey west de ps1 e oriental legends igs pgm2, esse tipo de jogo e personagens também são ótimos mascotes para consoles, e que saia para portáteis como nintendo switch, lindo trailer, jogo e vídeo, Brasil.

If the AAA won't make the game people want, someone will. They can cry "omg it's just crash bandicoot and we copyright that corner of the market" but if they won't do anything with it, they don't deserve it.
