Pretty Cure is always valid. In one of the series one of them is just a dog outside the magical girl form and that makes me smile. Wolfrun is such a classic anime bishounen, and like... a nonstandard yankii. He lacks the up-oiled pompadour hairstyle but otherwise he's a proper harmless yankii. I am also wearing the biggest shipping glasses like I always do but I think he has a crush. Good for him. Hope he goes on a date. He's such a dorky little bean.

and as for 2024 18 seasons still don't HAVE a ENGLISH DUB and 100% LIKELY NEVER will Smile Precure IE this video did get a English dub but it still SUCKED AS ONE.

His behaviour is cute, too. He plays with toys. He doesn't even think to use violence when thrown out of a restaurant. He's clearly invested in some kind of romance show, and then asks out loud who even needs love anyway. He's a silly goober and seems kind of pathetic as a villain. Like he's forcing himself to try and be evil, but he's really bad at it. And he doesn't seem weak in terms of actual capability, it's more that his core personality is compatible with his stated goals.

Looking back Wolfrun was one of the best parts of Smile Precure and he (along with Akaoni and Majorina) deserved so much better than they ended up getting. Smile really misused their fairy tale theme and didn’t use it to its fullest at all! They just said it was bout fairy tales but made it only about the Cures’ lives and Candy. The franchise needs to make another Fairy Tale-themed season and actually use the theme! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🧚🏿‍♀️🐺👹🧙🏼‍♀️

@@nintendogeek1896 Don’t get me wrong I love Go Princess as well (it is the franchise’s second masterpiece behind Heartcatch), but they pretty much made Princesses their own theme. I want to see a season use Fairy Tales like Smile but actually use the fairy tales in their plots instead of just focusing on the girls’ everyday lives. Plus do not center ONLY on the girls and fairies and give the villains both spotlight and actual redemption (what the three in Smile got was only taking their better looking forms away AND chasing them out of the show to focus on the Cures and Candy)

Smile Precure is a tribute to Yes Precure 5, a classic season, Yes5 has tons of furries. In Yes5 there are literally 4 different furry characters like Milk the female rabbit, Syrup the male duck, and a fox and squirrel. Literally all of the furry characters are presented as heroic, upstanding and even attractive. All 4 of the furries fall in love and actually have romantic relationships in the show. The main magical girl in Yes 5 gets married to the fox yes I’m telling the truth. Yes 5 is the most famous season in Japan so they hired the same character designer for Smile Precure and made many elements similiar, it’s a tribute and all of the main 5 girls in Smile are intentionally similiar to the main 5 girls of Yes5, due to the same character designer.
