I was waiting for weeks for the dunk on the Nike SNKRS app and it's hell trying to get a pair which i failed at🤬long story short it sold out in seconds but I had my eye on the blazers as a second option and never owned a pair in my life but the lace cover and the simple black and grey colorway sold me and ironically they are sitting on the app but what I noticed the resale price on them is crazy for large sizes like 13 and 14 I've seen them go for up to $300 😳but the other sizes you can get for retail or under😆that's crazy but I bought the blazers cause I liked the shoe and it's different from blazers I've seen everyone else hoarded those dunks unfortunately as usual and slept on those blazers

Thanks for the review of this shoe! Di’orr is a beautiful Diné artist and her skate shoes are equally charming. So many details on the shoe that has a story or meaning behind them. For instance the outsole colors represent the 4 sacred mountains and stones to the Diné people. White for the east (white shell), blue for the south (turquoise), yellow for the west (abalone) and black for the north (obsidian), green represents natural life on earth. Even the colors of the suede were picked for a purpose, red like our moccasins to represent Mother Earth and turquoise blue to represent Father Sky. The back has a corn stalk which is essential to our way of life, so much so that we collect corn pollen from corn that’s harvested and use it in our prayers. Above the corn stalk are rays of sunshine that give us life. These are a small bit of teachings of the Diné people. I picked up a pair of these and the blazers that she designed as well and love both of the shoes. I went half a size down and glad I did. They fit perfectly. Thank you again for your review! Loved the Dunks since I got my first look at them. The colors, the details are perfect for me. That design detail on the the lace protector of the Blazer is a peyote button.

Haven’t wore a blazer in over 10 years and this is going to be the one that’s bring it back. I’m not using them for skating but for formal wear. I’m In New York we’ll see how much eyes on it when I step outside

Love the Blazers! Although DeCon dunks aren’t my thing they are dope Colors hit and story is 🔥🔥. I remember the Greek freak rocking them in the tunnel early this season

I don't go for dunk highs since the RTJ was too gaudy with the pink, but these I can rock with!

Love the blazers. Sick af, i love my decon gorge green sbs. And i love sb highs probably better than lows. But as coooool as the details are on this sb dunk high are sick the colors just arent my fav. But i want these blazers.

The suede look A1! They’re very different which is cool!

I love skating dunk Highs for the last years. Great support and the saved may ankles a week ago from a nasty bail. They look so good and skate great! This colourway and details look really dope but i dont like the stripe over laces and the thin tongue. All in all dunk highs are great but i prefer to buy them used to skate in for less money.

super amazing story. Im glad she designed the shoe that she wanted ... Any info on the Fleece hoodie? They seem to be extremely limited ... tatally agreed with blazer...fit sooo good...The Dunk is not a skate shoe. Its art. Plenty of quality skate shoes to choose from. I like the change.

I wouldn’t. They fit great. I will do a size poll on my community page maybe you can reference that we get. They always lean true to size though.

You mean Airwalk. I had multiple pairs of Airwalks with lace savers in the 80s.o even think there was a mostly grey one that had snake skin print that looked very similar.. even in shape. Funny you said that. I was showing that to my other 50yr old friend who never skated and was trying to explain how lace savers worked, when we saw these shoes online. I want the dunks. They’re pretty awesome actually.

I look at the back of the shoe and see a road traveling into the sunset. The blue represent water I think because of the wording behind the flap and of course black represents the night sky. This is without me looking into the shoe. I’m going to go searching for more info. Dope shoe.

I like all the details on the Dunk but $145 feels steep. I am sure lots of people will appreciate all the details but they are not for me. I have a feeling these will drop in price just like the candy corn SBs.

@@DavidBluetile I got a size 12 on line earlier then ran down to local skate shop and got to try on 11.5 and 12 and picked up the 11.5 now need to trade the 12s for a size 8mens for my daughter 😂 got my work cut out.

It is not pronounced "Dinah"... Di Neh is about the best I can describe it. Like saying meh but Neh.... Di Neh... Say It with me. Diné. 😂😂😂 Dinah 😂😂😂 do not say it like you hear in the video... You will get roasted. Also the symbol is DI'ORR Greenwood logo. 😂😂

Navajo is the term used by the Spanish to describe the sharp minded little people they encountered in the bloodlusted search for the city of gold. Also adopted by the Diné was the Spanish term for money. Some true history that won't be in the textbooks. glad to educate 👍🏼
