MSCHF's whole idea of their brand is around how far they can push the boundaries. They did an entire drop illegally using a bunch of brand logos to see who would sue them first lol

@@svoksis the thing is, making a shoe that is only semi functional is a boundary that Nike or Adidas or Vans can't push, but a smaller design company like them clearly could do. You can say you don't like any of their designs, that I'm totally fine with, but you can't say they aren't pushing boundaries (blood/holy water in the sole, wavey babies) all push boundaries that a larger distributor couldn't do.

I know it’s a different demographic but I would like to see how toddler/kid shoes look different. Like, is there a large quality gap in a small shoe?

I would love to see a video comparing legit sneakers and their quality VS Reps. What are the differences? I think it would be entertaining and informative!

I just hope that the version of the shoe they send is also the version of the shoe they sell. like same quality and everything. They can make one High quality shoe of the same model for a review and sell the low quality ones. Hope it's not like that.

Could you cut an AF1 Craft in half? According to Nike they’re essentially just an AF1 but with universally better materials (such as tumbled leather). Kind of like the Chuck 70s vs the standard all stars.

Hand wrapped rigid boxes that aren’t corrugated are so expensive especially if you are doing a small batches. We had a quote from before the corona virus for a similar box that was under $20 but now with inflation and shortages packaging pricing is crazy especially if you are trying to keep production in the US. That being said if someone can get me a better deal hit me up 😉

@@RoseAnvil I'm over the pond and apparently out of touch, whilst I'd love to help I doubt I could. It blows my mind that prices have skyrocketed like that. A friend in freight forwarding told me recently that their transportation costs had double though, so I believe it. It's utterly ridiculous to me though; and I have to wonder how much is genuine impact, and how much is scalping.

You should review the MSCHF Super Normal 2s. You can get it at retail and look similar but have a different bottom. I wonder if it’s the same quality leather since its a mass produced pair.

Hey could you do a tare-down of the "Mack Octane" work-boot, started wearing them years ago after trying heaps of other boots from other brands. Can wear them all day at work(8-14 hours if unlucky) & my feet feel as good at the end of the day as they did at the start. 5 years till the tongue wore out & still use them around the house because they are so damn comfortable, got a new pair now & another pair sitting in the wardrobe.

Ya that’s a good critique I could have made it more clear by what I meant by “wearable”. I tried to express that in a concise way at the end when I was talking about the trade off of the AF1 having worse leather but having the air unit/foam midsole vs the MSCHF having better leather and material.
