@@GregoryJKeyes Same sizing. I go 1/2 size up from my normal shoe size to get a little extra width in the toe area. Not everybody needs to do that though... (based on the feedback I've received from others)

Really nice video. Congrats, man! I personally prefer the regular Metcon 6, this fancy version is too shiny.

I tried these on in-store and the tongue was poking and rubbing my shins pretty bad. When they're worn in does the tongue loosen up a bit?

Not a fan of the gloss finish on the upper.

It's definitely the shiniest metcon.

Height - no - it's a "low drop" show - only 4 mm heel raise. I DO NOT recommend these for walking or standing for long periods of time. They have minimal cushion. The Metcon 6's are best used for workouts based around weight lifting + other things (like CrossFit)

How does it old up on heavy squats and heavy deadlifts?

These are good for heavy weights - with the caveat that if you are going to go try a 1RM or something like that you probably want real lifting shoes.

Can you tell a noticable difference in breathability? And is it worse or does it make any difference?

Also, another review mentioned heel slipping. Have you noticed any of that?

It's the low collar on these. No different on this shoe than it has been for all Nike metcon 6 and Nike Metcon 5. Putting the hyperlifts in doesn't help either. It's really my only complaint with the shoe. It doesn't make them unusable though - and not everybody has the issue. Seems like some of us have bigger or more bulbous heels, I guess.

I think these run narrow (width). I go 1/2 size up on Metcon 6, otherwise my toes are too cramped.

What "AMP" means?

I'm not sure that it is an acronym - so I don't think there is any specific meaning of the letters. But generally speaking, the AMP versions are upgraded styles - different (or very bold) colors and sometimes special features like glow in the dark, etc.

I see you got blisters on your Achilles, are those from the sneakers?

I test so many new shoes in parallel it's hard to say - but I believe that's from either the Altama OTB, or the Nano X Unknown - both of which are mid-cut.

@@gessinibirad2980 The sneakers themselves make you rather low to the ground. However, if you are referring to the lifts they come with they do add to your height when inserted but only by 8mm. I've never worn them with the lifts for particularly long periods, just from my car to the gym for a workout but they are fairly comfortable.
