23:43 KD has collaped arches, which isn't a typical foot shape. As a result, all his shoes have to over compensate in some way for the loss of energy. This year, they implement a "Shank-Strobel" to try and give him added explosiveness, but it's solely placed in the forefoot. This added rigidity in the midsole doesn't allow the shoe to move as one with your whole foot. So the heel decouples, and you get heel slippage. They should have extended the shank into the midfoot like they do on every other shoe, problem solved.....or you can buy a heel cup and crank your laces like KD.
