Another great video dude. Your visuals are so clean and crisp. Regarding the vapormax though, they really look too much like a football/soccer cleat to me. The sectioned pods, being so high off the ground. I like how futuristic they look and I was contemplating getting them just because this is likely the first edition of a new line. But I figured I'd likely never wear them so I passed. The black/multicolour ones though...

These were sold out on the Nuke apps but I found them in my size at the local Foot Locker store today.I also have wide feet and feel the snugness on the sides, Didn't keep me from grabbing hem though!

Great review! I had these in my cart last night, but the $255 price tag and the fear of the plastic yellowing, getting dirty, and scratching ultimately made me let it go. I wish you would get new releases earlier though, it'd help so much on deciding what to cop and what to drop.

I picked up a pair. They are beyond comfortable. Not sure if I will wear them or add them to my small collection.

I copped these because I’m going on vacation to Disney world and we’re going to be walking a lot. My only problem is the air bubble. If the outsole burst at all, I’m going to be pissed

yeah I agree... but like Hero Hour said, when boost came out, I remember that it was so weird.. I remembered me thinking to myself 'ew, why is the sole so thick?'.. but now I love it and own 3 pairs lol. same with this nike.. I got the OG, and its ugly as fuck, but I'm sure itll grow on me.

Hard to say. Nike is pushing these to be superb running shoes, but something deep inside me is still worried the uneven sole against an uneven pavement = to bad ankle sprain.

How do people style them¿

not liking how thin the uppers are and how crumpled and creased they look when you walk in them. nmds used to be like that when they first came out but adidas have changed the uppers to be more padded and structured, just hope nike do the same with the vapors cuz I do quite like the crazy air units.

is this a proper running shoe?

Thanks. This shoe for me is a prime example of sizing is different for everyone. I would suggest if you have wide feet, go up half size, while narrow feets should stay true to size. Most people recommend TTS as well. For racers, I'm only comfortable in an 11 while these VaporMax in 11 were too long for me. I settled for my true to size but because I have wide feet, TTS feels a little constrictive after a long day of wearing them.

Nice review! Question I ordered a 8.5 US and I am usually a size US 9 will these stretch? Or should I worry about it being too small?

I do see them stretch to an extent. But like I said, because I have wide feet, I just couldn't see myself down sizing at all, but hey, you never know cause everyone has different foot shape. Let time know how it goes. I say don't worry about it too much yet, it'll just stress you out more.

I run atleast 6 miles a day should I get this or asics gel kayano 23. I been trying to find a good running shoes.

It's a really weird fit for these but if I were you, I would go for a size 13 but purchase from a store that can do returns or exchanges. FYI, I really like the unique feel on vapormaxes but because I have wide feet, the midfoot area fits snug at my tts. I'm still at the process of breaking them in but I was lucky enough to try a half size bigger but those were way too long for me.Everyone has different foot shape though so it makes it tough for me to say what you should get, but get a size that you normally get and it should work out.

Hard to compare because it really comes down to Apple vs Oranges. Depends on your taste. But if I had to choose, I would say Boost because the boost sole is more evenly spread out. Nike is designing in the right direction though.

Hey man, not related but anyway: Im buying my first pair of boost shoes soon and Im thinking about the Stan Smith Boost and NMD R1 (mesh), dont really like UB or PB. Which one would you recommend me for comfort between those 2?

I'm not bashing NMD R1s in anyway, but if I were to buy a shoe based on comfort and value, I would actually choose the Stan Smith boost because of the softer cushioning. If you don't mind the tougher upper then it's not a bad purchase, but if that does bother you, the Primeknit version of the Stan Smith Boost is coming out so you have that option as well.

I personally would never run in something so compressive such as the ultra boost. It's a stretch for these vapour max as well as the upper feels very thin without much structure. I'm not an expert in running shoes but personally, I just feel unsafe wearing them for high speed running.

I have both, I would rather run in ultra boosts than these. Vapormax's are very springy and not really as comfortable as ultra boosts in my opinion, ultra boosts are more flexable and softer (which is what i like)

Based on the texture and feel of the material, I don't think they will pop that easily unless you're forcefully jamming the bubble into a sharp object or hit the shoe REALLY hard against a surface, and I mean, REALLY hard.

I'm dissaoppointed with this shoe. The cushion actually feels stiff. And looks wise, forefoot is too wide comparing to narrow structured mid and back of the shoe, which makes an uneven general looking.
