Kudos to Tuomas! As a biologist myself, I can only awe at the fact that one of my favorite musicians wanted to be a biologist, and that my favorite metal band did an album on evolution and all...I know some people do not like this or that on this album but screw it, this is MY favorite thing.

I always enjoy your interviews with Nightwish, it seems that you really have listened and considered the album that is being talked about and show genuine interest to the answers. Great job!

Love you, man, but I am struggling to not be ridiculously obsessive over every last one of my interests. Nightwish is an interest. And I am beyond obsessed. Because your music is just too good. Love it love it love it LOVE IT! And love the new album....actually I love all the albums I've heard, even if I don't own that many.....yet. I'm working on it...... Ye gods I need a life......

Tuomas should let Floor write a song for the next album. Come on man, you have such an accomplished artist here, you can't just have her sing lyrics for you.

I like all three to be honest. They all brought and bring a different element to the music they are involved with. When I listen to each I feel something different and it's always positive. I think Floor will last longer too, but I wouldn't be surprised if she is gone after another album or two... Unless Tuomas decides he wants to go tickle some turtles heh...

Gustavo Sureda Sure, Tarja is great and Anette wasn't as bad as some said she was. I doubt Floor wouldn't stick around though. They've had enough bad publicity already, firing a third vocalist and one as accomplished and respected as Floor, is career suicide. Tuomas isn't that dumb. I think if she ever does leave, it would be on her own terms. She also seems to be a really confident and strong person, so I doubt she would ever allow to be thrown away like trash. If she quits, she would keep her dignity intact.

Precisely because Tuomas is supremely intelligent (die hard fan boy moment, :)) he can sense when it is time to make a switch. I'm one to read in between the lines and it seems to me that Tarja was wanting to do her solo thing so much, that Tuomas picked up on it and let her go because it is very difficult for most to do the right thing, but not for him... Same goes with Anette... She gets pregnant and Tuomas is like, well why couldn't she wait until touring season was over?!?! Ok, since you can't make the right decisions for the band, then we will let you go and you can solely make the right decisions for you Mrs. If something like that comes up with Floor, I have no doubt that Tuomas and the band would let her go as well... If anything, this "bad" publicity you speak of is proof that Nightwish is not the singer, because many many millions still follow! And will always follow..
