Nightmares of the North | Australia's Deadly Monsters 1/3 | Go Wild

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Swinging between drought and deluge, Australia’s tropical Top End is literally teeming with life - and death. When prey is abundant, the Nightmares of the North are on the prowl. Nowhere is safe - Saltwater Crocodiles terrorise river systems ambushing prey at the water’s edge. Toxic Box Jellyfish and the world’s most venomous fish, Stonefish, lay waste to many creatures in the estuaries, and White-bellied Sea Eagles rain death from above. Ruthless monsters wreaking havoc in Australia’s tropical north.

They're looking at Australian natives, that's why the Cane Toad is not mentioned

World's bravest camera people in the north 😂 great film making and we have a freshwater stone fish in south Cairns where we have Cairns best swimming water and where my mum is part Indigenous to and my brother almost died from a box jellyfish when he was 7. He was blessed someone had white vinegar at the Darwin beach he got stung at and got resuscitated 😊❤ and morally of the story stay away from Australia 😂❤

The narrator's voice is far too dramatic.

I'd say it's actually very appropriately "dramatic" 🤷🏻‍♂️

Isn't nature sufficiently fascinating without channels like this needing to approach the topic with all the dispassionate even-handedness of tabloid journalism? (sigh)
