This is actually a very important distinction that we forget about. Force sensitives are mortals like any other being, and they are by no means limitless. They are flawed like anyone else and, though challenging, It's what allows non-force-sensitives to compete with them.

This whole scene in the old animated series was absolutely perfect! He took on 7 jedi, killed 3 mortally wouldn't 3 more, and nearly killed the last if not for Captain Fordo and his men coming in to save them. But it didn't stop there, Grievous tore through he Clones, dodged their gunship, and stood victorious as the Jedi and Clones fled. Grievous was his best in the animated series. He only ran when necessary, he could kill every Jedi he engaged in a duel, and he actually was a terrifying Jedi killer. This Grievous was the best Grievous, hands down.

My favorite version of Grevious and his best entrance. The buildup, tension, and execution was perfectly flawless. That, and his speech before confronting the Jedi head on, “Jedi! You are surrounded, your armies desecrated! Make peace with the Force now for this is your final hour! But know that I, General Grevious, am not completely without mercy. I will grant you a warriors death! Prepare!” That is worthy of a chef’s kiss.

And to think Hypori would be so notable that Empire at War: Forces of Corruption makes it the location of the Droideka Mk. II factory and Jabba's failed trap against Tyber Zann, all while in the Alt-universe, it was notable for being a reason why Galen Erso and Orson Krennic wanted to make the first Death Star, as mentioned in the Catalyst tie-in novel for Rogue One.

I think I was 9 years old when that episode of Clone Wars premiered on Cartoon Network in April 2004. I think I had nightmares when I went to sleep because of how terrifying General Grievous was. Also the soundtrack for that scene by James L. Venable and Paul Dinletir was (and still is) epic. It may not be canon, but OG Clone Wars made Grievous the villain that Star Wars fans deserve.

The fact that Obi-Wan was able to kill Grievous in single combat just proves how badass Kenobi was.

This was a great video. They need to make Clone Wars 03 official Canon. It doesn't really contradict the CW CGI Series

Hey Geetsly, could you make a clone wars timeline combining 2003 and 2008 clone wars? That would be cool, as both series are good

Old School Chad Grievous > New Loser Grievous. Still remember when in a star wars rpg during the clone wars, we the players ran into Grievous... there was only one thing to do... charge him! and almost have a full party wipe.

Don't think backtoid was a genosion company. But a subsidiary company. Backtiod armour workshop. ( a genosion) company. But it was techo union. Or Republic. .

Grievous was only able to kill Shaggi because he was only using 0.000000419% of his true power.

Grievous was once my favourite character until the clone wars series made him a moustache twirling villain who always flees and gets defeated by freaking gungans. Clone wars is a good series, but really can't stand how they massacred characters like grievous and count Dooku.

I truly hate I would have viewed Grievous as the lesser of two evils and would lose everything because of this lose, lose option. Kind of sad since I often support third parties but when reduced to two options I like to try and minimize damage
