Honestly, at this point for me it's the nostalgic value from my childhood/teenagehood, seeing what lyric video I can create that fits the themes and the vibe of the song and sharing my favorite songs =^-^= Technically yeah nightcore is speeding up and increasing the pitch of a song and well if it's not your thing or don't understand why people like it, I don't blame you really. Sometimes I can agree it can make some songs worse, but in my opinion, it also can enhance other songs. The good news is no one will force you to listen to nightcore if you hate all nightcored songs xD
