Tbh, when I hear this song, I imagine my most sentient OC singing it as they live through a thousand lifetimes in my Fandom World. The best part is the third verse where I imagine me dismissing the character from their very life, only for them to wake up again where they began: as a small child looking up at me like the goddess I am in their world and everything repeats with small changes every time. I like the thought of being seen as a god in someone else's eyes...even if that person is fictional... :3

If your therapist is doing that, you need a new therapist. A good ethical therapist will typically outline their disclosure policies right from the jump and stick to them in order to ensure the best outcomes with treatment. Then once you are 18 you are protected by HIPPA and if your therapist discloses anything to anyone you don't specify they are breaking federal law. Now there are some mandatory reporting scenarios but those mostly have to do with imminent harm to self or others
