Haters are always complain about something. Do what you do and enjoy it. I think this sounds perfect. If you would've made it higher pitched you would've had a damn chipmunk and i honestly really like this the way you did it :3

Not only is it a genre itself but, if we're going off YOUR description, it is NOT only sped up and heightened in pitch but it also has an increased bass. Now as for it being "right" you adjust the sound as need be and if it doesn't sound right when it's pitch is to high then you may have to adjust the sound so its audible so what she did isn't necessarily wrong.

If I'm being cruel to be kind then I'd say... okayy so, this video sounds like I put this to x1.25 speed and if I bring it down to 0.75, It sounds like the original song TIP - Make the voices higher pitched because your speed is on point, it just needs to be more like an anime voice
