This is the first time I've seen something so vivid when I listen to a song, so why not join the comments and tell you what I see? A girl, abandoned under a tree at a young age, is taken in by a couple and a child. In my mind, the child is a boy, the same age as her. Their house isn't far away from where she's abandoned, and, after years of living with this lovely family and becoming a part of it, she feels lost. Alone. Like she's not herself. As if she's changing. Like her adopted family thinks that she should act just like them. Except for the boy. He knows. They often speak alone about everything; they became best friends. Still, her adopted parents wanted her to be the same as them. She always knew she was different, but she felt like she was losing herself. So, she went back to the tree. She found herself. Each time she feels like she's losing herself, she goes to her secret hiding place with her best friend or alone- under the tree at the top of the hill.

I know it's been a year since this was uploaded and I don't think anyone would read this, but oh well. I imagine: A little girl laying under a tree, watching the clouds go by since she had no friends. One day, a boy about her age runs up the hill, and stares down at her. "What are you doing here?" Asks the boy. The girl would just say that since she had no friends and didn't need any, so she came to watch the clouds, and listen to the birds. The boy offered to be her friend, but she declined. Days passed, as the boy would come back, every time to ask if she wanted to be friends. Eventually, she gave in, and they became best friends. They made a promise to never leave each other. Two years later, the boy runs to their secret place -the place they met- and told her that he was moving. She was devastated by the news, and the boy ran, not wanting to see her reaction since it was hard enough for him to tell her the news. Four years later, when they were 14, the boy moves back to his hometown, and makes new friends, he forgot about the girl. But then, he soon realizes that his friends were fake, and felt an urge to go to a tree on a hill, so he did. There, he saw a girl about his age laying down on the grass under the tree. "Is something wrong?" He'd ask the girl. Upon hearing the familiar voice, the girl would sit up, and look at the boy saying "I come here everyday to watch the clouds and listen to the birds, but now, I'm waiting for my best friend to come back..." Hearing the response, memories suddenly came back to the boy, as they stared at each other for a second. They recognized each other, and became very happy. One day, the boy found the girl crying and asked why. It turns out that ever since he left, she was bullied at school, and abused at home. The boy then said to pack her things, and meet him here, at their secret place at night, when her parents are asleep. She did just that, and at 12:00 am, she ran to the tree, seeing the boy there. They planned their escape. Still standing under the tree, on top of the hill, they looked back at their home. The stars in the dark blue sky shone brightly, as they looked at the view. After a few moments, they turned the other way and held hands, running into the forest with their home far behind them. The chains holding them back broke free. Occasionally, they'd come back to the tree, and think of their memories. But one thing was certain: they made their *escape*

Okay I'll join in on this imagine scenerios. A girl, struggling with stress of making her parents proud, and being a perfectionist. Any time she could, she'd run off to a tree in the woods usually at 7:00AM/PM. At the tree she met a bird, it was splashed in the color dark purple, mysterious black, and pure white. She'd talk to it about her problems, until the bird was caught dead on the ground with a bullet carved in its head. The girl cried a waterfall, petting the precious bird. The bird was a great listener, one that never judged her, but what the girl didn't know, was that the bird was like her. The bird had baby birds to take care of, like how the girl had to take care of her studies. The bird's colors represented the girl. A pure heart who wanted her parents' trust, but she hid away herself. The white is her pure heart, the strive for trust is for purple sincs purple maybe means to trust and stay for a long time, and the black for her hiding herself away. The bird seemed to be her escape, but she soon realized she was an escape aswell. She opened up. With all this, the girl took care of the baby birds, and released them towards the wild, so that they can find their escape.

I imagine, A tree hut, out in the middle of a beautiful green forest by a little river. the sound of the water rushing through, the birds singing beautiful songs of joy. A young boy, brown hair. shorts and a t-shirt, and a young girl with long, pale, blond hair in a pretty white dress. Playing around the woods, not aware of the treasure they are about to discover. The boy gets separated from the girl. the girl looks around terrified. she hears the branches on the ground cracking up. closer and closer the sound gets. she bends over closing her eyes in fret. the noises came from the boy. he rushed towards the terrified friend of his. reaching out his hand, he smiles while comforting her. he grabs her hands and tells her to hurry and see what he just found. he drags her with him to a huge tree. out of breath she sees nothing special other than the pretty area around her. the river streaming. the grassy ground and beautiful treas. he laughs and tells her to look up. there it was. the most beautiful tree hut she had ever seen. it was far from run down. the ladder led straight into the beautiful hut. they climbed up the ladder and went inside. they couldn't believe what they saw. 2 chairs. a bed and a table. they talked about how hard it had to get that bed up so high. the hut smelled like a typical hut in a forest that they would travel to in the Easter vacation. based on the dust in the hut it was clear that it was abandoned. suddenly the boy suggested that this hut was now theirs! the girl laughed and agreed. each and every day for years the two of them would go together to the hut playing and just talk about everything that came to their mind. their very own hiding place. hiding place from reality. grown ups. and fears

I remember..I had a "friend" who only saw me as a friend. We would sit on top of this hill, under this tree, and share our dreams. Let's say we started developing feelings for each other and showed our true selves around one another. Now, I'm at a new school, new plans, and I've been searching about who I am. This song reminds me of the times we had together, and this "friend' and I might still have feelings for each other, but we'll never admit it. I'm just glad that we made important memories together. Thanks for making this song in nightcore

Its like they're best friends and they only trust eachother cause noone else listens to them and they all hurt them and they get through everything together

I imagine, A teenage girl, she's bruised, hurt, broken, and crying her eyes out. She feels like her world is ending every single day. She's on her knees and feels like the world is pressing down on her, forcing her to keep her head to the ground as she's forced to bow down to what society demands of her. But then there's a hand on her head, a gentle one, not holding her down at all. She tearfully looks up and sees her friends, the ones who chose to ignore society no matter how painful, the ones who never stopped smiling and were always there for her. She takes their hands and stands up, then they all run off together into the darkness, not caring what happens to them because their safe place is with each other.

The reason i love this channel is because you make videos with song that I've never heard of and a lot of other channels make them with popular song and I love this song so much it's music to my ears and always find the light side of things and people never look at the dark side

thanks man, this made me realize that i could feel pain, misery and loneliness and still make myself darkness my friend. others are afraid of dark because they don't see deep in it. but i know what's lurking inside are my friends that care about me and are there when noone's around because i truly don't see others as the lonely darkness were, are and will always be there when i am fading with the poison emitting from this lively chaos others consider being a start of a good day . the awful things in my life are "ew, the weather(sunny)", and "ew, the people(wearing a smiley face)".
