I want to join this tour! It has been years since I frequented Japan and I miss it so much! This Kyoto segment brings back so many great memories. Yuba! I remember fresh Yuba in Nagoya in the mornings, and relaxing at an izakaya after a day of work. You are so lucky to be able to showcase the food and culture. When my mom turned 80, I took her for a two week trip to Japan and she loved it! Two words: Don't. Stop.
