Beautiful memories are a great thing to share. I'm happy this sound is a favourite. I always come back to this particular video. I've had insomnia since a child. Parents would tell me to get a 'yellow pill'. My dad's sleeping pills were phenobarbital. I have so many reasons to be grateful that I'm still alive. I've been awake since 11pm Last night. 27 hours. I have taken my approved Remeron and valium. But I just lay here floating just above slumber. Like a leaf on a still pond. Thanks for listening.😊

This is by far my favorite of these rain channels it’s the most realistic sounding with a normal sounding pitch unlike others I’ve listened to that sound pitched highly for some reason but I love the lower sound of this one it helps me envision it actually raining to sleep❤️❤️

I feel your depression in your words. Just know that you aren't alone. I've had depression my whole life and insomnia. I'm on my 27th hour awake. There's lots of great ppl who feel as we do, but have great ideas to ease the pain of depression and tools to help you feel a wee bit better & find others around you to talk to. Helping people less fortunate is one thing I know makes me feel better. Anxiety keeps locked in sadly but I'm fighting it. Moving a little more each day .. I should just follow my own advice as You've likely heard all this before. ❤ From someone who understands the pain depression brings. Stay strong. 🤔🤗🤞🫂🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷(That's a hug & a dozen long stem roses for you in case it's been awhile). Hang in there and keep on swimming (dory from Finding Nemo) Thanks from Canada 🇨🇦❤️.
