For people I have seen, they make use of Ghana must go bags for their food luggage and box for other essentials, but I'm glad your food luggage did not over weigh. There is this small and portable electronic scale that is in the market now, you will just hook it up on the bag like you did with the bag tag and it will give you the accurate weight.
