This song takes extreme talent to play, singing it is on a different level altogether. It can only be sung from the depths of a soul that 'gets' Nier. And with Nier Automata, Yoko Taro is finally getting the recognition as the visionary he is. Accomplished.

Nier... such an underaprecieted jewel.

I knew that looked like the National Harbor! I was at MAGFest this year, and got to see that intriguing sculpture. It would have been cool to see this, but just knowing I was so close to it when it was being filmed is good enough for me. I can't wait for the next MAGFest.

I want to chime in and say that there's a little more than just the 'dark and light' feel of that sculpture with the setting considering NieR's lore, background, and connections to Yoko Taro's other games. It's amazingly well selected. :D

I liked this cover much better than the original.. it turned into a beautiful calm ballad .... Cannot express how much magnificent this is.

Normally I don't comment, but the moment I ran into this video I knew I had to. You see, I actually knew a bit about you before finding this channel-- I believe the first songs I heard from you were when you sung in conjunction with Zircon's works...a few years back? (I started with Antigravity and Breathing You In, more specifically. I also found Walking in the Air, I Wonder as I Wander among others.) Without a doubt, your singing was, and still is, exceptional-- perhaps that was what got me into the trance/new age/dance genre of music. Coincidentally, I discovered NieR's "Song of the Ancients" (Particularly the battle version, "Song of the Ancients / Fates") recently and came to love it. I was shocked but also so so very happy to see that you have created your own rendition. I'm really looking forward to what you make in the future!

FitzZZ I really hope so! They haven't announced yet whether they'll be bringing any soloists, but keep your fingers crossed. ^^ I loved Berlin and Munich, as well as the rest of our European tour earlier this year. :D
