    I was heavy smoker for 19 years . They really working . I used to smoke 25+ a day and I am surprised they really working, I was extremely skeptical 🧐🤔. I am on day 9 , so far so good . Sometimes they don't stick properly, but is no problems, I use extra tape .

    21 years, 20 a day...its been 8 days as a born again non-smoker...the first 3 were rough not crazy but since its been manageable, so much so ive been questioning why it took me so long to do this. Ive been wearing a 21 mg patch Hope you're still smoke free.

    I was given the 24 hour patches while I was in hospital and ended up having terrible nightmares, is there a way around this or a particular brand that does not give you nightmares as I’m ready to give up smoking and would like to go the patches because I found them very effective during the daytime but at night time the nightmares were just unbearable? Any advice would be great, thank you.

    Why do need to apply it to a New area? wouldn't the patch work better cause the skin is use to getting it in that area?

    It's just not good to use the same space everyday as the skin needs to breath so to speak. But you can wear it on or around the same spot for a few days and just alternate with just 1 other area as long as youre not covering the spot for 12 weeks straight

    Nicotine itself is also a mild skin irritant. Thats why the gum burns some people's throats a bit. So switching up the skin you put your patch on can help mitigate the irritation.
