If they had any solid proof of corruption it would of been used, so either systems are in place that allow fraud to happen, in which case charging her will show how others have been doing for years. Or the bank and money trail are not being looked at, why?

@@ElectricPics If the government or a intelligence agency think you maybe a threat to national security, they get the warrant authorised directly by the Home Secretary. So if they do have the necessary missing records it’s unlikely a inquiry would be able to get a covert agency to give them up, unless she was being prosecuted for treason. I wouldn’t be surprised though if she was a person of interest and that they did have those communications.

I think the standpoint of "its not wrong until im told its wrong.... in policy", is a cop out from someone who is supposedly a top tier politician and national leader. If the use of private telephones was or could be regarded as being a "vulnerability", then their use should have been questioned, if not limited or banned....... the exact same is also applicable when using 3rd party platforms for official communications, such as whatsapp. Many private enterprise know and implement such comms strategies for this very purpose. Its best practice.................. but the SNP have shown through countless examples, best practice isnt their forte.
