    Awesome brother, anytime i can get more outta less weight I'm all for it. What angle do you like to set the bench? I have to do more of a high incline angle or it hurts.

    great tips but you should have also talked about the angle of the bench. Such an angle always hurt my shoulders, when i mellowed the angle just one setting, things changed.

    I Always do this standing. Once dumbels, once barbels. Make my body stronger. Very good For the core muscles.

    Nick built his mass off heavy weights. He is refining now. You cant get big from light weights kids. Eat big, lift big.

    Nick you need to add a caveat to this... this style of training works really well when youve built a certain amount of size. I cant be bothered to go into why... but just think about it. The more mass you have, the easier it is to activate the muscle. however, most ppl havent really reached that point. What got you to where you are now? heavy ass training and lots of food.

    Huh? The muscle doesn’t decide how much it’s going to activate based off of how big you are. That’s not how biomechanics work. A shoulder press targets the shoulders whether you’re 150lbs or 300lbs.

    none of you clearly carry a lot of size. Did Nick get to where he is doing this? Answer my question. THe answer is NO. nobody gets to a large size by just simply focusing on contractions only.
