This guy is a shredder who knows when to shred! Very rare. Always the melody must be the most important! More important then technic.

To my palate the word "shredder" sounds derogatory. Kind of like somebody who has to shred. Nick has so many wonderful articulation techniques and ideas at his fingertips. Absolutely loving everything he does.

Nice to see a signature guitar I'd actually buy. Schecter USA is on point with this one and it's nice to see Nick getting the recognition he's earned. Next stop....G3.

Love his seamless pickup switches and all the little string pulls and rakes, I go away from nick and am promptly reminded how wonderful he really is

I recently had the pleasure to see and hear Nick play in Hong Kong of all places during his tour with Tosin and Animals As Leaders. I also had the privilege to chat with Nick for about 15 minutes after the gig as he was incredibly gracious to all the fans in attendance. At the risk of sounding cheesy, Nick is indeed a remarkably human human being. Incredibly talented yet absolutely humble and approachable and just a helluva nice guy. A melodically interesting guitar maestro indeed. Do support him and his great music! Henning, you lucky lucky dog... :D

Michael Z glad you deleted the comments i would never have engaged with Elmo had he not replied to me i couldn't help but bust his chops he is such a simpleton and i despise him and his crew dealing with them i am reminded of the phrase; "abandon hope all ye who enter here" (lol) as far as yngwie goes there is no denying his technical ability and showmanship but i find him very repetitive. As you know i am not a shredder fan. I love Nicks playing because he writes beautiful melodies and uses his shred skills judiciously. I am glad you are well

His every improvisation is different than the record just simply amazing

It's always great to hear Nick playing, he's definitely one of the best guitar players nowadays!!! Cheers

I like that he played it in your studio, without any cuts and changes in post producion. You can hear that it is one attempt record and i love it :)

Holy fuck! New fan. It's not so much his technique or playing, but this guy's got an amazing ear and creativity and just a fantastic musical sense overall.

he is fan of comics, so may be he has some influence from some tunes. Check out his albums in KZread, he published them entirely. His last one, Remarkably Human has an amazing intro that sets the tone for the whole album
