A Nick Cave concert is a milestone in your life. I've been only to one but it still burns brightly in my experience. Visceral is the first word that comes to mind. What a band! What songs!

I saw him in Dallas years ago. I was kind of far from the stage, but close to a stand where there were some cameras. At one point, he walked the catwalk and was 10 feet away from me, clinging to structure. It was amazing.

I own this dvd and have several high end stereo systems. I must’ve seen this show 30 times. The sound and picture are perfect. I’m able to adjust any weak areas of audio and make this dvd sound amazing! Cave, Michael Hutchence (R. I. P. ), Fee Waybill of The Tubes, Springsteen were the greatest front men I’ve ever seen! Seeing Cave next week on this solo tour in Cleveland. His first visit to Cleveland maybe ever! He’s a special dude!

I really do see Nick as a preacher of mine. Helped me so much through rough times. I hope he knows his impact on us, ordinary people. Thank him to the moon and back. True love.

really? His vocals are bloody awful here lol. I mean, I'm a huge fan, but I wouldn't call this a beautiful performance by Nick. Blixa was comatose. Warren did good though, but he always does. Maybe 4 years later you might have another view if you give it another listen ;)

Jeff Kantor As a proud Aussie I couldn't be more proud of our Nick 🙏🖤. I had the great privilege of seeing his "CONVERSATIONS TOUR" in Melbourne last year, , AMAAAAAAAZING! It's a night I'll never forget. His musical talent and his intellect is mesmerising! His wife Susie and his mother were in the audience. my husband and I had front row balcony seats and Nick actually asked Susie a question and we followed his gaze and Susie and Mrs Cave were seated in the seats below us .....Stall seating No heirs and graces. The way he speaks to... and about his beautiful wife is just gorgeous. So I as an Aussie would just like to shout out to the world....Nick Cave you are a legend and Australia loves you 🖤

'Lime Tree Arbor' makes me feel a melancholy unlike any other. You can never have a past moment back in your grasp again, not fully. You can just sort of deal with a memory of it. That's what I listen for, though. Thanks Nick!

That is an extraordinarily beautiful and poignant song.

I dunno why people use these comments sections to state their beliefs. It's music. It's poetry. Enjoy it or dislike it.But don't tell me "There's no god" or "There's a god". We all have our own views. Not many people had their view changed by a comment in youtube

​@@Metal-Possum About half the songs here were rarely played live, including the epic and ancient St. Huck :/ some of the new songs at the time such as Hallelujah are rarely played these days, so yeah you would need a time machine to ever experience this particular set of songs live, OK?

The perfect concert, the best bad seeds , great setlist, nice audience.

Started listening seriously during the plague. One step further on my audiophile evolution. Fking amazing. 2021 in Lisboa i Will bem there.

Just found this, and thank you! I used to have this on VHS. Used to watch the concert very often, along with copious amounts of wine or bourbon being consumed. Now I have found this again and will delve back into it.

The stories Nick tells through song, whether personal or his take on a folk tale, are otherworldly. If he was a film maker, I'd instantly be a fan.
