Looks like your area is blessed with lots of good flint and chert, especially in the early parts of the video. I would probably be a sifting fool there.

Gave you a sub. You seem to find some very good artifacts. Its good to have such a rich area to go wandering in. East Central Ohio here and many of my old fields have gone no till and i find few points or tools anymore. Been stumping fields for almost 4 decades. Wish i had an area like yours to search.

@rockhunter6260.... sure have been, the river droped about a foot yesterday and that was the day i should have went, i was chasin footprints so i can only imagine what they may have found

My videos make it look easier than it really is, people seem to think i have this special spot thats loaded with artifacts, there is lots of flake and fire rock but it still requires miles of walking and kayaking(wich is not easy in 100 degree temps and thick mud) todays video was the result of non stop looking from 6am to 3 pm, no breaks no meal break

Trying to teach a 40 year old about Artifact hunting, I tell him and tell him you have to be at your site as the sun comes up, have more then 5 sites to hunt, don't whine if you don't find that Thebes or Clovis point today! There's always tomorrow morning. I've hunted since I was 6 or 7 with my older brother.
