Judging by how money is spent we could get twice the service for half the costs with a direct plan to support necessary areas
Bit vague with the failure to mention the huge growth in American insurance companies taking over huge chunks of the services, and thus the budgets. Also , no mention of the government recently requiring commissioning boards being required to have members of these private group on the boards. Billions as in the case of PPE being spent with no tendering and little oversight.
So we have a lot of money that can be reallocated in the NHS if we wanted to
