I called NHS 111 earlier this morning, I got a call at 11.30 to ask if my symptoms have changed. It’s 17.10 still waiting. I have very serious food poisoning… This is not a functioning service.

Still waiting, chronic diarrhoea and severe abdominal pain, severe headache… 9/10 waiting now .

Tried to get a repeat prescription for my other half of 15 years.. got the empty blister pack of the meds.. bixes of other meds with name on.. they still won't give me a couple of tablets without speaking to them first lol. Too much red tape
