The money that Nhlanhla is collecting from households - could easily be replaced by installing prepaid meters. Thus eliminating the need to collect money cause there's a risk of being robbed.

I think Mpho Phalatse was ousted way too quickly. She wasn't given enough chance to prove herself.

I think wishing away the ANC hoping the so called opposition made up of ANC rejects is better is delusional. As a resident of the City of Tshwane, I am disappointed at the coalition's and opposition parties trying to change the conditions of the people. The DA is on it's 2nd 5 year term, Temba and Hammanskraal still doesn't have water that is safe to drink, just to name a few.

3:09 LUX is being used, there was electricity problems in Soweto before Mpho and there will be problems after. Just like how Soweto residents pay for airtime, data, bread, taxi fair, and DSTV subscriptions, they must pay for electricity. If you think 14days is long get ready to wait till the next election.
