I live in durban north , it's the same here, drug dealers on every road, nyaope addicts at every robot, and most corners, I see police arresting addicts often but never the dealers, to be frank I know many dealers, and addicts I grew up with alot of them, yet I'm still to see a dealer go to prison, most of the dealers just pay for thier protection, while the addicts are used to make up the numbers for arrests, it's a failed system, with the victims being those beneath the poverty line, and once those kids are in the system, it's very rare they will ever find a way to change thier lives, yet the dealers and police who supply the addicts sends thier kids to pvt schools, drive expensive cars, go on holidays......the cost of just one of those expensive cars is more than money, it costs us hundreds of our youths, who could have gone down a different path
