What I love about them is they have 3 lines that make up most teams second line. Love how they're built. They have 12 nhl players. No huge mix of vets and super young guys. All just a bunch of really good nhl players. If this makes sense. I think it's great. No heavy top 6 and an iffy bottom 6, they're just so solid throughout the lineup.

People aren't giving the goalie enough credit here. Absolutely amazing performance from both sides,excited for Thursday!
Lauzon was the best player for the Islanders tonight. Redirected a puck past Rask and made a nice bounce pass to the Islander player for the winner.

How bout the refs not calling an intentional high stick on Palmeiri and a cross Check to the back of Mayfield's head. I think the refs were the best players for the Bruins, swallowing their whistles...

@@Chrisman77 First goal isles scored was lucky. But the winning goal was just a poor decision by the defenseman trying to throw the puck cross ice in a high traffic zone instead of throwing the puck down low to the corner.

He has made every team he coached a way better than they were without him. A very unassuming looking Coach but there's definitely something going on inside his head. He knows his craft.

Барри, который не трус, молодец. Вона как команду за пару лет поднял а Вашингтон сдувается. Он даже Овечкина натягивал, чтоб тот в защите не забывал играть. В Вашингтоне стареют и тренер хилый попался, натягивать там некому их. То кокаин, то протоколы ковид, ломают ноги, катаясь на мотоциклах и пропуски сборы. Пропал Вашингтон вместе с новыми рукавицами. Certainly was! I've always said that the second round of the playoffs is the best round. Plenty of series' to watch, as well as great divisional rivalries, but only the real contenders are left. It doesn't get better than this!

Lauzon helped Islanders great deal with 1st, 2nd and 4th goals. Also not the best match from Rask. But Pasta didn't score so obviously Islanders raised their defense.

Bs passing out of the zone is aweful. Too many turnovers. No way we are beating the Islanders with bonehead passing like that. Plus we arent shooting enough, pass when we should shoot and shoot when we should b passing. Puck luck is not w Boston either. All momentum is w NY. Sux but true
