The bruins did what they needed to do split the series in Washington. They played a lot better tonight but I still don’t think we’ve seen their best. Glad it was marchy that scored the game winner just to piss off the haters.

Tell me how mantha got a penalty he got a stick in the face; and it was offsetting minors, some of these calls absolutely made no sense. So that’s why I’d assume the fans would chant the refs sucks which if ur Washington they do

What a series!!

the first goal anderson was too far out of his net, but his defenseman also clipped him, so he had no chance in hell to get back in time. jeez, 86 shots on goal just in regulation? impressive it was only 3/3 going into OT.

Hall finally getting some playoff action. All it took was for him to get from Edmonton to New Jersey to Buffalo to Boston. Big brain moves.

As a Sens fan I've seen a lot of Anderson and know he's great, but DAMN I've always found he is so bad at wrap-arounds... (but usually he's just a split-second too slow to seal off the opposite post, not a meter out of net on the wrong side lol..)

You can say what you want, but it doesn't change the fact that Marchand is a brave player.

He's not a coward..He showed the Rangers were soft as s--t and that's why they didn't make the playoffs. So what there were 3 fights to start the next game..the damage was done and let the firings begin.

It will never work though, McAvoy clearly got pushed into by Sheary from the back. You shouldn't risk getting a penalty with 2:49 left in the game.

I personally think it was a good goal and I also think the goal the panthers scored yesterday also should’ve counted. In this sequence the caps player pushed smith into the goalie which isn’t goalie interference

Craig Anderson is a great goalie. It sucks the caps couldn’t give him more help defensively. There’s only so much he can do. Tuuka’s also a fantastic goalie. This series is great!

Not making any excuses, but why would the winger make a change there? Dillon threw a blind pass for sure, someone should have told him he had no winger to pass it to. Bad play all around for Washington.

Wouldn't be surprised if all the games go to ot.

Is Lundqvist no option for the Caps since his heart condition? Craig Anderson won't hold a long run, he is out of position way too often

I actually thought the same thing when watching it in real time but the pucck actually never left the zone, Pastrnak caught the puck & kept it in the offensive zone, therefore Bergy didn’t have to end up tagging up. Edit: sorry didn’t notice the comments under this already lol. But yeah I had to take a second look at it when it first happened as well

How was Boston's 3rd goal allowed. You could see the Boston player slide across and pull Anderson to the right before they slapped it in. This league is so inconsistent.

Evidentially you’re not quite seeing the whole picture, but it is a mad scramble, so there’s no harm in that. The Washington defenseman pushed mcavoy over, who then fell on Anderson. You can’t call it goaltender interference when it’s created by your own player

Can’t be goaltender interference if the player was pushed by the goalies own defensemen 🤷🏼‍♂️ I hear ya though, I’m sure if that happened to the Bruins, I woulda been complaining at first until I noticed a defensemen pushed the player into the goalie.

The contact with anderson by mcavoy was incidental and honestly the huge dive by whoever followed him hurt andersons chances of making save more than mcavoy . plus that pucks in the crease already.

Не парни, там Андерсену свои больше мешали. А от Холла зашла четко. Основное сиськомятие после гола уже началось. Да и реф так рукой натрясывал, что ясно было- даже смотреть не поедет.
