I think the prospect quality should be set to high at some point. If you think about it we have bedard, Celebrini, misa, and mckenna, all here/coming up. High end propects. Let’s see some generated high end prospects rather then low or medium. Just adds to the fun 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve heard a lot of people have had issues with custom sliders saving in franchise mode, including myself. The custom gameplay sliders revert back to “NHL24” sliders if you play a game in your franchise mode. If you don’t play any games and just sim through your seasons and games they always save. Can you do a test on this?! It’s so frustrating being a franchise mode player and wanting to play half the games.

I think this team is 2 years away from being a playoff team, and i also don't get why Nemec didn't grow it all but i'm really glad that you chose the Sharks.

what do you have the attributes slider set to?? that can affect top-end players and low-end players simming. its why the Colorado Avalanche always sim horribly.

Imagine that entire sequence real life & you’re actually Patrick Kane, you play 20 games in the AHL in Manitoba, you put up damn near 2 PPG then you end up going to Anaheim for the rest of the year, put up just under PPG, then you hit UFA & ask for 11 sheets a year 😂 35 years old too, crazy

Unfortunate that you aren't running 10 seasons would've loved to see how stacked this team would be in year 10!

Should've retained 250k increments on the Hoffman/Maggio trade. Contract has 1 year left, you aren't going to be near the cap this year. If you retain, they'll be more likely to accept, saving you the draft pick capital.

I did the same sim and I was trying to tank…can’t believe the end of season result - made playoffs and conference finals - did great deadline deals too - this sim is odd

It's absolute trash dude... I built a stacked isles team and Sorkin consistently under. 900 sas percentage, with 2 of the best defensive d men on the blue line... What!?!

He has more points in season 1 at the deadline than the actual Sharks had at the end of the year

I like the full ten seasons! But maybe you could just fully sim the last two seasons without making changes and fit them into a smaller video. Team is stacked by season eight anyway

yo i've done a bunch of sharks franchises with ur setting and zetterlund sims SUPER we'll get grows to like a 87 with x factors so u should put him in the top 6 or even first line

I think Olson will grow better than Vinni depending on the goalie coach in the AHL because like you said the only thing that matters about your goalie coach is the teaching rating.

Before even watching. I really hope you let Couture retire as a shark, or retain heavy to move him to a contender. Like I did I just did a sharks 10 year. Let's see how we compare xD looking forward to this one. I finished making the playoffs in year 4, wild card. second round in year 4. Missed year 5. second round year 6 Won the cup once in year 7. Made the finals 2 times. Year 7 and 8. Missed year 9 I acquired Swayman from the Bruins in the deadline first year. To sell you on Swayman. He stayed at least 86 when we sucked, jumped to 91 when we were good. Was solidly signed for 6x 6.65 Final edit!! what are the odds haha xD I acquired Nemec in year 1 deadline. I used Duclair, 3rd rounder, and Blackwood(because I acquired Swayman)

wouldnt have traded Zadina as he will raise in overall for playing 1st line and was solid, *could* have become like 83/84 high top 6 next year and 86/87 exact top 6 after that

I just did a sharks franchise mode, you gotta fire the coach man. I haven’t watched the video yet but my entire top 6 was either medium elite, high elite or medium franchise and I wasn’t even making it out of the bottom 5. Devon Levi was my goalie and my Defense was elite aswell. As soon as I got a decent coach I was presidents trophy winner.

Get barbanov a ton of minutes I did a franchise mode and made the playoffs first season he had 100 pts and was always a ppg player (let’s get an isles rebuild!)

Fowler is a habs draft pick from 2023 idk why it said he’s undrafted he’s looking like the habs best goalie prospect by a lot right now

I hate the team rating system. There should be bigger gaps in ratings between teams. How are the Avalanche only 5 better? Sharks should be high 70's

you have made this mistake with cale clang, just because a prospect was drafted by a team doesn't mean it is there current team. just take the prospect instead of trading it for a low pick to the team that drafted him

It's ridiculous how different the sim is for me... Done multiple franchise modes and bedard never even got close to 80 points until he was like 24-25 then he casually started leading the league. The sim is so trash man jeez. Also tired of seeing pavelski score so much, I remove most of his x factors. Speaking of that x factors are likely the reason the sim and gameplay are now trash. Gotta remove that garbage
