You should turn on injuries just for playoffs. Adds that extra challenge of playoff hockey and teams getting unlucky with injuries just like real life. Can also utilize your depth players.

Holy crap, can't believe the Blues missed the playoffs! They were in first and loaded up at the deadline.

You should view player morale and see if anyone is “leader” or “presence” and make them captain

That team looks good enough to make the playoffs for year 2 in franchise mode. If they start the year slow I would swap Teravainen and Kaliyev just so you have a sniper on the 1st line and not 2 snipers on the 2nd line assuming Foerster is a sniper in this roster not sure if he is though. Just a thought if the team starts off slow to spread out the scoring and have better player roles playing together

@@TacTixHD I mean that you have to trade, sign, or draft a captain of any teams prospect teams included for drafted players like Colby Barlow for prospects and Adam Lowry for nhl teams. Only they can be the captain at least the first one
