NH29: WAITING FOR ANOTHER TRAGIC INCIDENT
On a pressing issue along NH29, kohima where a tragic incident happened claimed two lives in July 2024 and even this year people were injured and one bolero car was damaged by Rock falling during the monsoon season. NLTV ground report reveals that necessary precautions are yet to be implemented. As monsoon is arriving the risk of rockslides and mud falls persists, causing a serious threat to public safety. Urging the concerned authority to complete the pending work at the earliest.

The media is not the only responsible medium to report. The citizens of Eastern nagaland are all empowered (ENPO). When all the youths have a smart phone in their hands, instead of gaming and pornography, go and document your individual regions and share with the media. What's holding the youth back,? As a consumer of news from international, national (independent journalism) to local news there are barely any reports that such issues are shared especially coming from citizens. Why is it happening every year after safety measurement? Especially same on spot or area?
Instead of Savety measure road need to expand another 40feets more at the falling stones areas. Why contracter are scared of cutting big road. If this portion can be giving to our local contractors, it will be finished withing few months. We had very good contractors. Let us voice together for early ply.

Nagas are always keeping quiet and accepting bribes, so why will the government do any things.
