Yeah, me too. Despite being hated by the NFS community is one of my favorites. I have fond memories of my youth with this game.

Since NFS the run, NFS rivals, NFS no limits and NFS mw 2012 are the only games to have Hennessey cars

it's a bit of both. For me the car has shitty handling before any upgrades but insanely supper good acceleration and top speed. With full mods, the handling is way better but you still need the skills to handle that much speed.

its patch or something like that? Or dlc?
