Love Demeco. Ultimate players coach. They know they can depend on him. They trust him and he trusts them back. No to mention. He beleives in them and gets them to beleive in themselves

Demecco was the coolest part of this whole video. The enthusiasm and him coaching his player to play the qb and jump the route and that’s exactly what happened. That guys the best.

The way Demeco Ryans talks to his guys and the energy he shows...this guy is the perfect NFL coach and I've been watching this league for 40 years. He's the kind of dude you push yourself for. Now I know why the Texans are so good. Of course, Stroud being Brady Jr. doesn't hurt.

he's second in playoff yards, touchdowns, and receptions all time behind only Jerry Rice. This year was about developing a WR#1. Now that Rashee exists, look for Kelce to go off.
