    The butt fumble gets me everytime. The lineman he ran into wasn't even being pushed backward at the time he hit him. Dude was staying in the same place and Sanchez still trucked himself on his rear end.

    That interception was a killer. I was on my way to pick up car parts that sunday. Seattle was a ghost town. Nobody was on the road during the game. I got to the guy's house and called him. He said he'll be out when the game was over. I could hear people in the backyard yelling and cheering until "the play" and then it was all swearing. Everybody left the house like it was a funeral. I pick up the parts and asked him about some other stuff I saw in his garage. He was so dejected that he practically gave it to me for almost free. I got a crazy good deal on some rare stuff thanks to Wilson.

    @@erickruizgallegos7590 What hurts is the Packers defense giving up the game in 2014. 94.4% win probability at the half 16-0, Russell Wilson is sitting at a 0.00 passer rating from getting picked off multiple times. 4th quarter ... 5 mins to play score is 19-7, win probability of 99.9%. Seahawks score ... 19-14 ... onside kick, Brandon Bostick fucks up the recovery ... Clinton Dix misplays a 2 point conversion ... 22-19 ... Packers drive down the field and settle for a field goal 22-22. Seahawks win the coin toss, defense gives up a 35 yard bomb to Jermaine Kearse to lose the game. Seahawks then go on to lose the super bowl on an interception. The Packers would have definitely beat the cheatriots that year. We were the better team, hands down. I watched that game out of spite and prayed the Seahawks would lose, glad they did, even though it meant Brady getting another ring.

And while they did walk off the field in protest there was no time on the clock and they had lost - a pretty toothless protest.

    Actually, that 1998 Bills at Patriots game ended differently. Bills led 21-17 right at the end. Bills were called for Pass Interference on the Final Play giving New England one more play. Patriots scored to go up 23-21. Bills were complaining about the penalty. Wade Phillips kept his defense off the field on the extra point, which was very dumb. Patriots wisely ran in the two point conversion to make it a 25-21 final. That dumb decision could have cost the Bills a playoff spot. Bills defeated the Patriots, 13-10 earlier that season. One of the tiebreakers down the line was point differential in division games. The Bills still made the playoffs before getting defeated by Miami in the Wild Card Round.

    @@MaPleWoRlDOrder This is close. The Center was a last minute replacement, but he knew the play. He had been told to study it before the game and that's exactly what he did. The playbook said to only snap the ball if someone gets under the center. Well, before the game they *changed how the play would be ran without telling the replacement center*. The new plan was to setup just like a normal snap. Since he got under the center and the center knew that was the signal to snap the ball (to get offsides saying someone was across the line), he snapped it and now everyone looks incompetent. End result? Bad coaching. You can't just change things and not tell everyone involved.

  • @ryanhamstra49

    @ryanhamstra49

    2 жыл бұрын

    Because they were passing against a rookie who had totally missed on that play earlier in the game. It would have worked great if the other receiver had blocked his defender back 6” into the one who intercepted it. Besides, everyone was expecting the run, worst that happens is you run it on 4th down. That’s not a play you expect an interception on.
