I have said this before: If this bad umpiring situation is not addressed in a satisfactory manner it is going to get physical. I am guessing a fan or fans will go after an ump.

I get it umpire union has to keep fighting for him and all that, but he is the reason they will be going to computer balls and strikes soon if not further into automating umpiring. So essentially they are screwing over multiple people in their own union eventually, to protect one guy who is simply bad at his job....doesn't make sense.

We good money to watch the umpires throw our favorite players out of the game. My favorite isvwhen the umpire threw the fan out. In recent history Aaron Boone was thrown out because of what a fan yelled behind him.
