Because if you have 3 holding penalties on the same play you can only accept 1 of them. No matter how many penalties theres only 1 that counts.

just using a prop. They got the same thing for Ezekiel Elliot years ago on Thanksgiving for hopping in the Salvation Army bucket. Celebrate all you want but don't use a prop. I believe Hill also took over one of the cameras during a Chiefs game too, also a prop, also got flagged.
