Safiyah Ali Lmaoo they both make amazing songs. They’re just different. NF raps, and Billie sings. They’re both very amazing but if I’d have to go with one, I’d choose NF. I known him for a very long time. Never met him or went to his concert before, but I love him with all my heart. I have anxiety and listen to his songs to relieve stress. I love him and hope to meet him one day. 🥰💗

I’ve heard this song so many times just like all of Nate’s music, but for some reason I’m completely obsessed with it tonight,like he just dropped it. That’s the power of NF. There’s so much truth and emotion in his music that it always hits hard and sounds fresh. Maja every time I hear this song when he gets to that part I get this image in my head of him(or me) struggling to pull my arm free of something, and when that little scream happens he finally breaks out of its grip.

I think it's fairly implied the 7 letters are "freedom" but the word "recover" also fits and I think that's more accurate for an addiction song.

I feel like this man is screaming out for help through his music. His soul is hurt. I can feel his words and they feel all too real. You cant make this shit up and instead of anyone trying to help him they let him stay the way he is just so he keeps making the music they like. Honestly i was kindve looking for this comment. Thinking back on everything that happened to Juice Wrld and how many times he cried for help until it was too late. Hope nathan gets better quick and doesnt put himself in a position where hes unhappy when making music

BitterBeastYT i understand where your coming from, nf had a difficult past and he struggles in his mind daily. But he will be okay. This is the kind of music he makes. He wants his music to be deep and emotional. It doesnt mean its a direct cry for help. He gets things of his chest and tries to help people having the same difficulties in life with this music. He wont go like juice or peep, cuz he doesnt use drugs. He’s also older than artist juice or peep like. He’s probably more mature and he wont just make stupid decisions like suicide. He also has a loving wife. He may struggle with life but Nate should be okay :)

Man, you took it right out of my mouth, I couldn't word this any better than you have. Pain in inevitable, we all go through it, but people are too ignorant to listen through it, they gotta find a way out to somehow live to their full potential, even if it's through rapping like NF. If it makes you happy, don't hold back. Go for it, don't throw away your shot, and before you know it you won't feel as low and the poorest. What I'm trying to say is that everyone has hope, just find something that can spark a flame and treat life not as a game, it's a cycle of life and death that keeps repeating endlessly but eventually you'll rise up above your station and prove that you're worth more than anyone has ever bargained for. If you feel low, shift the tide, but don't break your stride, and find a way to feel happy.

When you're darkside is the only side you see in your light and dark. When the darkside is the only thing you see in your mirror to where you want to be happy but can't because everyone will reject you so then you create a deeper and darker darkside.

Everyone is struggling with their own darkness but some of them myself included we bury we hide and we convince ourselves that we are not bothered by it but when we hear artist like NF who speak to the part of u that your burying you be like or hey I forgot you were there and I think that's y we tend to fall in love with artist like him😌😌😌

2:22 "I pray to God to ask if hope's real". Well, judging by his new album that's about to drop in less than a month, I'd say he found it.

This songs been out awhile now but idc the simple verse "I pick the the weapon aim innyour direction shoot at my reflection shatter my perception" has so much meaning! Hes picking up the weapon , (taking control) Aiming at his demons Shooting at his reflection (in otherwords his demons in the mirror ) and shattering his perception on life Such a little verse has so much meaning that really touches my heart and makes me see life in a better smarter way

Rel Ski amen and amen... I’m a Christian who went through a serious existential crisis this year since I live with a toxic and condemning Christian, so this song was basically reading off my thoughts. I was so shocked when I heard this, it was all my hurt and heartbreak summed up. It took me to long to realize I was covered by grace, and even now it’s easy to forget. Thank you for your wonderful comment ❤️
