The house is the Mansion he talks about in the song Mansion. There are some key lines that he finally give you a visual. On Mansion he talks about we wrote the lyrics on the wall... How Could You Leave Us, Therapy Session, Wake Up. In Intro 1 he had the caution tape around him. He had that tape around the house here... his Mansion. Also a line I love is when he says, "I left the doors open to come in my Mansion but I never said it was a beautiful house." Then he shows you how torn down the "Mansion" is.

“Therapy Session” really shows you where Nate was in his mind during this time period in his life. Also, “Real” is a straight banger!! Enjoying this Journey with y’all! Also... Prepare yourselves for “How Could You Leave Us”. It’s a beautifully written song, but absolutely heart wrenching.
