@@roiy6002 1st - I recieved a secure self esteem when it came to my intelligence and ability to use logic or understand basic common sense. Many people believe that an IQ or an EQ doesn't expand or evolve overtime or even with effort or practice. As if it's set in stone. Its false. If you are capable of participating in activities that help train, develop, rewire or simply learn things from 1st grade scratch to evolve , grow and become more intellectual. You are becoming more intelligent. It can also mean learning from others experiences, your own experiences, empathizing or listening to understand. Anyways, I first got a secure self esteem when it came to me feeling I am either not qualified, enough or worthy, "gifted and special" of being intelligent. 2nd- I felt understanding, empathizing, connecting the dots, critical thinking, and reasoning became/felt so much easier and effortless. Take mathematics for ex: your insecure of your capability to internally calculate numbers, add or subtract large numbers, divide, now the fraction or decimal, memorize formulas and equations. Now, it feels I am developing a better skill, and calculating feels like either 2nd grade completed practice or second nature. (Easy, not difficult, accessible). Which could be applied to real life problem solving...sometimes lol. 3rd- I didn't feel superior and I felt eager or tolerant to learn new things because of my skill set. A lot of things I thought didn't make sense, sounded forgein to me, or was difficult to understand....now kind of doesn't feel that much like rocket science tbh...

I don't know if you heard about Huberman's Podcasts, but if you want to learn more about how to improve brain power and to use the mental tools that are already available to you, I strongly recommend these podcasts :)

lol like u wanna listen to a video and just have your house magically clean itself?

Used this for my daughter , I play it super low while we i go over some things I’d like her to know …she is now able to recognized all the letters of the alphabet , knows their sounds , can identify shapes including trapezoid , octagon etc , can easily do addition and subtraction and has started learning to read , her communication skills have also improved drastically , she doesn’t cry as much as before and uses her words more , she’s also a lot more understanding when hearing the word no etc . she’s only 4! This works wonders , I was initially using it for accompanying in preparing her for her entrance testing for the pre-k she was accepted into but , this might be something I play silently everyday lol

Y'all I almost never comment on subs but this deserves all the praise in the entire world. I have been listening to this while studying and I literally could understand the topics which I used to find tough. My brain fog has cleared up A LOT. And all my other ADHD symptoms are also less significant. I'm going to keep listening and update later. I'm extremely optimistic about this one!

THIS. This subliminal helped me achieve my true potential at school! If I was tired, I couldn't concentrate. I could hardly concentrate. I couldn't form thoughts correctly. My thoughts were slow. But I'm much more different now! I assume it's been 3 weeks with very little listening because of a fast results sub. I used to spend 1 hour on ONE math problem. I was that slow. I ended up reducing my time by 20 mins, down to 40 mins to do them all and today I took 30 mins! I'm getting faster and better! I'm concentrating even when i'm tired, and writing quickly! Let me be honest. I decided to use this subliminal because my brain works slower than others. I wanted to be the type of person who could think fast on their feet because it takes me hours/ days to process things. For an example: if someone used sarcasm, usually it should take a few seconds for someone to get it but I on the other hand wouldn't 😂 so what happened was I used this for a few days listening once a day and today I went out to buy some groceries. I had to use an old cart where the wheels were making a loud noise and it was hard to push. while pushing the cart around I got stuck where there was a wire like thing on the ground idk what to call that and as the cart was heavy I couldn't move it around it so a worker saw me and tried to come over to help me but I quickly lifted the cart because I don't like men getting close to me 😂 and he decided to roast me by saying 'oh your driving skills are bad' and usually my sloth brain that takes a longass time to download and come up with a comeback meanwhile everybody has forgotten the incident and moved on ACTUALLY made the words 'oh the vehicle is broken' come flying out of my mouth which made another dude closeby and the original commentator laugh lol I was impressed by how fast my brain worked for once 😂

I cannot emphasize this enough, but this sub is very POWERFUL. I have a business class and we had to do a challenge to see who will make more profit and I made a bet with my friend and mind you when I made that bet the company, I invested in was going down bad(I didn't have enough time so I had to rush hence why I thought I made a bad investment) but it boosted after 4 weeks and I won. I got full marks on my RE test and got a highest grade ever in my class and it was my first test in science since the start of a new year. and got a high grade for three of my maths tests. I have also started thinking more logically and being intelligent in remembering things so easily like my brain knows it even if I think I don't. I have gotten complimented and people asking me how I am smart multiple times (i don't always get time to study because when you have a social life it's hard to balance). NOT EVEN LYING I HAVE GOTTEN SMARTER THAN PEOPLE IN MY CLASS, literally. I'm always thinking and or finding how to deal with real life situations more easily it's like my brain is overprogrammed to think too intelligently like an actual AI. I can find and understand computing so much easier now plus memorizing everything and understand this whole another computer programming language even at my age which makes me ahead of my peers. Day 1: even though I didn't had study for my Sociology exame, I knew everithing that it was there! That's insane... I came home and studied for about 3 hours, answering correct almost every biology question. That's a huge progress! Day "i don't know" my finals ended this month and I got pretty good grades on this semester, wish I was not expecting. I have been know for being one of the smartest in class and the one who get the highest scores.

This subliminal is my ultimate favourite. I am not sure about the results but it made my nights preparing for exams much easier. It always gave me this instant boost that didn't require any coffee either. I used to get down with learning and understanding so much in 5-6 hours. In short, Subliminals are hidden messages that your subconscious mind picks up. They can be good, they can be bad. Subliminal messages are in fact everything from music, and photographs that you see and advertisements. Explanation: We have the conscious part of the brain which is in charge of executive functions such as memory manipulation, planning, critical thinking etc. We also have the subconscious part of the brain/mind which is in charge of memory storage and retrieval. There is also something called mind programming / behavioural conditioning which is like priming. (all under neuroscience and psychology). The gist of it is, that what you get constantly exposed to, you get accustomed/acclimated to. holy heck this sub is so inspiring and unique! i love futuristic things and the thought of having intelligence and processing speed on par with computers/ai is so freaking cool ain't nobody doing it like you-

I'm very impressed because this work. The first day, after listening twice I was able to manage all the chores at house, use my time efficiently and even look after my dog better. OMG this Works!!!!!! I’ve been listening for this for a few days and today I had the constant urge to read lots of books in my house…

This always works so well! I have to remember 37 words in a different language every week but I rarely revise them, so I would spend 5 minutes revising and I always get 100%! This is one if the subliminals that I have listened to.

It worked really well for me. Today I had my IMO and I had been scared. Though I could only 27 questions out of 50 it was good because my classmates randomly choose the answers. I notcied I was able to understand the questions much better after I listened to this. I'll listen to everyday for my final exams
