Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Taking fractal wood burning to the next level with beautiful wood and some resin fills! Fractal burning (aka wood burning) is very dangerous so let me please your eyes with this video. I want to take you on my journey from taking regular red cedar boards, throwing some electricity on it, and putting some amazing touches with some colored resin!
These Boards Are available in my site store! toguchifurniture.com/shop
Also, I have to give a shout out to my friend Graham (Thanks!) who gave me so cool jams to use on here. I also used music from www.epidemicsound.com as well!

@@ToguchiFurniture I can totally imagine. I first went to Alaska in 86, and we arrived on July 1 literally this exact time. We were all sort of in awe of the pristine beauty and I’ll always remember the fragrance of the air! Coming from the east coast it was like being on another planet. Alaska is and always will be in a league of its own. Lived there for a couple years, just long enough to start getting the dividend checks😁. Heard they were really good this year👍. Well, I’m a carpenter but usually just do general stuff but hoping to focus more on the shop side of things and move business in that direction. Both yours and Kris’ stuff is definitely in the “exceptional” category! Above most KZreadrs imho. Cheers

I'm glad I'd already swallowed my sip of tea when the orangutan blow dryer appeared. Earned yourself a new subscriber for that. The boards turned out great. I just switched to that type of poly for the walking sticks I make and I really like it. I really want to try fractal burning on some of them but electricity and I don't get along very well.

Haha well I'm glad I didn't damage anything with your tea spitting! Thank you for watching and yeah, that tank top is key! Secret technique to a quicker dry time! hahaha I love water based poly but now I'm realizing which finishes I can use for certain projects. I love lacquer but like shellac it doesn't work well with wood and resin. If you're scared I'd advise not to do it but it is soooo fun to do! Thank you for watching and liking my work! I appreciate it!

Thanks Lanny! Hope it helps! People voice their opinions on how dangerous it is. Which it is but if you do try it make sure you feel comfortable on how to do it or maybe buy a device from a company so it’s “more safe” or “less dangerous” 😅

great work mate..why not use a window squeegee you would be surprised how much excess it removes and if your quick you can use it on the next one,,ive been using norglass two-pack epoxy with a huge syringe as led light travels so well through it and while it is a bit more fiddley you dont use as much and no where near as much sanding,,just a thought,,

Dude get outta my brain!!! Haha I just got my order of syringes in. When I do one at a time my small putty knife works well but not on multiple at once. So I’m always looking for better ways. I so appreciate your input Jason. 🤚🏼
