    I love these elevated split squats. My left foot is jacked, so I've always had a hard time using it as a support foot on the ground.

    I'm not gonna lie...I talked smack on one of your videos in regards to knee pain and doing this workout along with tying a band to a squat rack and putting a safe amount tension on the knees. Been doing these for 2 weeks and I can feel the blood rushing to areas in my quad, glutes, and knee. I had 2 major, open knee surgeries and haven't been able to kick box on 5 years. That's all gonna change thanks to your videos. I apologize for the skepticism and disrespect. Thank you for the advice.

    I can already feel the DOMS after I've tried this! Edit: this feels amazing on the hip flexor when you pause at the bottom for a quick sec. I had DOMS on my upper quads, close to the hip for the first time ever.

    Do bulgarian split squats work the same muscles as the regular barbell squat? I can't do normal barbell squats so I'm looking for a replacement for them

  • @Andrew-yr6ig

    @Andrew-yr6ig

    Жыл бұрын

    It’s a good replacement in my opinion. In some ways it’s better because it’s a unilateral movement which helps balance out the body. I do feel it works my glutes more than a standard squat.
