good shape means fit/healthy, you can even say a car or a machine is in good shape if it's working well/not damaged 😅 sometimes its used for people to say they've got a nice figure, but there's other meanings.

From an Asian point of view, she still has rosy cheek, that means she is very young. If she is older than him, not much older. It's just that she works outside a lot, her skin is not as white and smooth as a typical korean teenager or her husband.
