Thank you for such structured and brilliant video, however i do have a few questions if you dont mind. 1) As for comparable systems transfer, do we restart as PYG 1 in NZ? 2) How do i further become a specialist and what are the chances and opportunities as an IMG? 3) How do i find hospital jobs related to it? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Mr Jay Chou haha, thanks for your comment. 1) This depends on where you are "transferring" from. Usually if you're going through NZREX then yes, restart as PGY1. 2) You become a specialist like everyone else in NZ once you get residency after working a few years as IMG. 3) Hospital jobs are avaiable on individual hospital's websites on vacancies - it's just whatever is available when you apply.

@@eunjint Thank you for the replies! Just to clarify for "1" - if I am from a comparable countries' health system pyg2, I restart at NZ as a PYG2 right?

The whole degree is around 500k in Otago. Here’s website for the full fee. www.otago.ac.nz/international/fees/health-sciences. In terms of cost of living, Otago recommends 20k a year: www.otago.ac.nz/international/future-students/accommodation-living/living-costs#:~:text=In%20order%20to%20live%20comfortably,will%20need%20more%20than%20this.
