I was all for this until I saw the center of the burger. I know people say it tastes better rare, but I just can't do undercooked ground meat. The texture makes me gag.

Salmonella poisoning. That meat was raw and bloody purple not red. Any longer it would start turning brown and stinky.

The idea and food were excellent. The cook failed. The portion of the sauce is not the same either. Raw meat. Bun burned. The fries had cold oil ....

Patty needs to be flatter and cooked longer

Amazing looking burger. I mouth even dropped when the cook added the Mac-n-Cheese patties as the buns 🤤. But I thought I was the only one that noticed the burger was too raw, until I saw the comment section. Nonetheless, amazing!!!

@@Straightup-wj3om they also add some parmesan. as for the spices it looks like a mix of onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and what looked like italian seasoning, still can't figure out one of the white powders were though, possibly garlic

Food poisoning from undercooked meat and death by allergic reaction from the fries for me. Gotta pass. Also, noticed that the pan they used for the mac to go into the freezer weren't clean.

Very interesting! The macaroni look delicious, and appears to be a very desirable replacement for a bun. The hamburger patties are too rare for my taste, and I don't think undercooked hamburger meat is really healthy or safe. The huge amount of cheese put on the hamburger is very cool.

Grounded beef can’t be eaten rare, that’s because the bacterias spread inside the beef when it’s grounded. Eating this raw patty it’s even worse

@@winstonsmasterplan No, he's right. Generally a burger should not be that raw...a burger should be cooked to at least medium because of the grinding process, but that's just above raw. Way too rare.

Yep, its raw. A patty that thick should go in the oven for 10-15 mins to cook through. Just doing it on the grill is no good.
