Yep, nothing beats the smell of a Indian spice shop, food stall or restaurant. In my country the Indian community is huge and probably the biggest outside of India. The two spices that is used daily by most people in my country, is pure white or black pepper and curry. 👍

Sometimes I feel that indian cuisine is made with a bunch of "let's add this and that and that", rather than being structured like other prominent dishes (French, Japanese) for example. Still amazingly delicious no doubt 👌💓🔥

Their candy is disgusting because traditionallly chocolate and vanilla beans were exported to Europe..

I'm an Indian chef and frankly these recipes are not quite authentic Indian. It's a bit of a mish mash of things with some Indian spices

Goat meat and lamb meat tastes way different. Goat meat is more authentic Indian.

@@razeustrander yes for example I have never had lamb meat but from what I know many people do eat lamb too. I said mountains of it because I was impressed with how it looked in this video .

In this video he talks about Indian fried chicken,but for years I lived in QUEENS and at 74th street you have nothing but Indian,Pakistani,and Bangladesh people but I go for all you can eat buffets but I stay away from the Currys because it's to hot for me,so I make it myself AMERICAN Style,which is milder,as my mother would make it and she gave me the recipe but in general it's really a good deal and I usually have a beer or two and if you don't rush you can really get filled up as many people know about these places and in Manhattan you have a lot of restaurants and it's known INDIAN ROW.But in general it's a good deal like going to ALL you can eat CHINESE BUFFETS,some are good and some are really Cheap,junk food which I avoid and are overpriced so I don't go
