Happy new year!

Just started watching you, and you're great. I am now tempted to wild camp with my hubby and daughters on NYE this year. What a great way to see the year in. X

Welcome! That's awesome thank you! Honestly go for it, I've only been doing a NYE camp for a few years but it's one of my favourite camps of the year, the views and the fireworks are usually awesome, I get to celebrate it in a different place each year and it's much cheaper! My top tip would be look for a hill that overlooks a major town or city, guaranteed fireworks! X

Hey Mr Outdoors. If you fancy a camping buddy when you do the SDW, holler! I'm near Guildford so if your Amigo is busy, very happy to keep you company old chap! P.s. I lived in Saaaafend and Stuffed Wooden Ferrets (South Woodham Ferrers) so speak fluent Essex bruv! ;)

Nice one, going to do the whole route one week this year. Done bits n pieces of it but prefer multi-day camps nowadays.

Sounds great! Have fun mate. I'm toying with the idea of doing it in one go like the Suffolk coast path. I'd need a couple of full rest days though amongst the walking! Maybe an overnight stop at truleigh Hill yha.

Awesome video mate. Really enjoyed it. Watched it about five times. I’ve been using exped mats without any problem at all, they can handle a little bit extra weight. They cost a bit more but they work really well especially on really cold ground. Happy New Year and looks like we are planning a holiday sometime in the New Year over your way, so hopefully we can catch up. Would be awesome. Cheers mate.

I’m interested in Bigfoot stories, and I really thought you had one farting outside the tent when Dawn wouldn’t own up to letting one out 😂… I thought ‘fog blowing in, lights going out in the valley, New Years Eve ‘(they get paid double time on bank holidays 😉)… it’s a Bigfoot! Then Dawn ‘fessed up’ and burst my balloon 🎈 😢. Thanks for some great wise cracking entertainment again you two 👏 TBH any Bigfoot out there watching this will give you pair a wide berth 😝🤣✌️ Lovely photo of you both at the vids end… aahhh ❤

I paid £85 on ebay had only been used a couple of times really good condition.
