Welcome to 2024 🙏 A new year, a clean slate, a fresh take 🌱
Each year, I use this this time as a marker to call my awareness to patterns in my life; thinking critically about how each one serves me. My habits, my relationships, my perceived responsibilities.
It's eye opening how often I realize these are no loner serving my highest good. In these moments, that realization sparks a new beginning, a better year, a better me.
I developed this sound bath with exactly this process in mind. To facilitate reflection and the start of a new beginning.
🔴 Notice the deep frequency of the Root chakra singing bowl. Let it ground you in your new decisions.
🟡 Feel the Solar Plexus frequency flowing through your body. Let it ignite strength and conviction to follow through with those decisions.
🟢 And the Heart bowl. Observe it restoring energy flow allowing you to stay true to this new you all year long.
⚪️ Lastly, as a base layer, I've also included the rising and falling vibrations of the Crown tuning fork opening your crown and allowing unfettered access to all your wisdom.
May this new beginning be a moment that changes your life.

With that said, going to re start this now to listen again to your intro. While gently patting leo dogs back. (Who, btw, is already snoring away - a couple mins in - due to your melodic creation). Ty. …. Travis … for all you do for Leo. (And me, and the collective). But especially for Leo. He’s had a crazy life w me as his mom… a decade long junkie. He was awake and on alert 24 hours a day. When we nod our heads while reading what we have all gone through. Perhaps not understanding it all … perhaps one slice ..perhaps none of the actual experiences per se… but can relate.
